APOSTLE DR. STEVEN D. DAVIS, OVERSEER
Overseer Apostle Dr. Steven D. Davis is a marketplace apostle, entrepreneur, and financial expert. He serves as CEO of JAH Financial Consultants, Inc., New Horizons Community Development Corporation, and Greater Works Evangelism Church, Inc. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Economics and Finance at Concordia University and Financial Administrator for The Cyrus International Network of Ministries.
Apostle Davis holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Education. He is a Certified Asset Management Specialist, Licensed Insurance Producer, Financial Analyst, Foreclosure Recovery Specialist, and Notary Public.
He gave his life to Christ in 1977 while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps and has served in ministry for decades, being ordained as an Apostle in 1997. His mission is to empower individuals through financial literacy, teaching practical strategies to manage, maintain, and multiply wealth.
A gifted speaker and author, he leads financial enrichment seminars and business development workshops designed to unlock economic potential. Alongside his wife, Prophetess Valerie Davis, he has ministered internationally with a strong evangelistic, prophetic, and healing anointing.
APOSTLE VALERIE R. DAVIS, SENIOR PASTOR
Apostle/Prophetess Valerie R. Davis was raised in a Christian home and has been rooted in God’s Word from an early age. She began serving in ministry at Crusaders Church in Chicago under Apostle John Eckhardt, where she faithfully worked in multiple leadership roles.
In 1992, she married Apostle Steven D. Davis, and together they were sent out in 1997 to establish Greater Works Evangelism Church, Inc. She later founded and l The Balm of Gilead Women’s Ministry, where she is committed to strengthening and encouraging women and young people through God’s Word.
Prophetess Davis ministers with a powerful prophetic, healing, and worship anointing, and is known for her practical Bible teaching and wisdom. She holds degrees in Liberal Arts, Organizational Management, and Forensic Psychology, and serves as a Residential Assistant with The Salvation Army.
